Dr. Joseph Mahon
Dr. Joseph Mahon qualified as a dentist from Trinity College Dublin in 1990 and spent the following five years working in general dental practice in both England and Ireland.
In 1995 he began a full-time, three year, residency training program in the speciality discipline of prosthodontics at the highly regarded University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Upon graduation he remained on the faculty of the Department of Prosthodontics while establishing a private practice that he then ran for twelve years. He served on the Peer Review Committee of the San Antonio District Dental Society for three years and is past-present of the Texas Section of the American College of Prosthodontists. He is married to Catherine McKinley, a paediatric dentist, and they have six children.
